At MyPetsPlace, we want you and your furry, scaly, or feathered friends to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you're not happy with an item, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

- Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- For pet food and treats, returns are only accepted if the packaging is unopened and in its original condition.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Perishable goods (e.g., live animals, certain fresh foods).
- Items that pose a hygiene risk (e.g., opened grooming tools, bedding).
- Medicinal products that have been opened.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team via email at support@mypetsplace.eu to initiate your return.
- Provide Order Details: Provide your order number and the reason for your return in the email.
- Return Instructions: Our customer service team will respond with detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address, via email.
- Packaging: Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.1
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the desired replacement item when you contact customer service via email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect2 item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at3 support@mypetsplace.eu. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

- MyPetsPlace reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

- Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
- If an exchange item is of a higher value than the returned item, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
- If an exchange item is of a lower value than the returned item, the difference will be refunded to the customer.
- MyPetsPlace is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service.
- MyPetsPlace reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
- This policy is governed by the laws of the country where MyPetsPlace is registered.
